Starting from Scratch
Creating a Wiki page can be as simple as searching for it in Wiki's Search. If it exists, you'll be taken to the page, and if not, then it's time to get your fingers working. This can be achieved by clicking on 'This Exact Title' in the Search results, which will create a page for you to edit.
Editing
Up at the top of each page, there are several tabs with options, one of which is edit, this is what you shall be using to make your contribution to KHUWiki. The edit page then presents you with a handful of edit specific buttons, and a type space. They work in much the same way as a post at KHU Forums, with buttons for making text Bold, Italic and link internally (within KHUWiki) or externally (Internet). Other options based on presentation include Headings, Embedded Images and media, mathmatical forumula and a seperator should you feel the need to use it. There is also an option to completely ignore the Wiki format. (To find out which does which, hover your mouse above each button)
With pre-existing pages, it's possible to edit sections that're separated by headers, by clicking on the edit button to the far-right of the headline.
Remember, keep it clean... unless the content of the page calls for it. So long as it's relevant.
User Pages
When creating a User Page for anyone, whether it be for yourself or another member, ALWAYS put User: in front of the username, so the webpage will then become User:*yourusername*. Without this setup, you wont be part of the User List, then who's going to look stupid? It'd be you. For ease of searching it also helps to edit the page of *yourusername*, so that it redirects to the User:*yourusername* link. This can be done by editing the *yourusername* page so it reads:
#redirect [[User:*yourusername]]
Now anyone who searches for *yourusername* will see your page, no matter how they search for it.
Images
Adding things like images can be tricky, but it's simply a matter of clicking the image button, when in edit mode, which will produce this code:
So replace the Example.jpg bit with whatever image file you wish to insert, then save the page. There will be a link based on whatever you've called the image you wish to upload, so click on this and it will take you to the image's properties, where you will probably be told the image doesn't exist, and offers you to 'Upload It'. Click the link to upload the image. To format the image in various ways, read This.
Misc
When using talk pages for discussion: always, and I mean ALWAYS, sign your posts, it prevents things from becoming confusing.
